Chaffinch

A common finch with pinkish underparts and white wing flashes, often seen feeding beneath bird feeders.

Male Chaffinches have pink breast and face colouring, blue-grey caps, and chestnut backs. Females are more subdued brown. Their white wing bars are noticeable in flight.
